About Manny Montrond

Hello, I'm Manny Montrond, founder of Pinnicle Capital.

I'm searching for one exceptional Massachusetts business to own and operate for the long term. My goal isn't to build a portfolio of companies or flip businesses—it's to continue the legacy of one outstanding company while preserving the culture, employees, and customer relationships that make it successful.

For 17 years, I helped grow a telco business from approximately $200 million to nearly $2 billion in annual revenue. That experience taught me the importance of long-term thinking, operational excellence, and investing in people.

Outside of my professional career, I serve as a graduate instructor at Northeastern University, where I teach data management. I also enjoy coaching youth soccer and giving back to my community.

I earned an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. While education has been an important part of my journey, I believe integrity, humility, and a commitment to continuous learning matter just as much.

My life is guided by three core values: faith, family, and service. As a husband and father of four, I understand the importance of building something meaningful and leaving it stronger for the next generation.
